We are an independent consulting firm specializing in internationalization and export processes for multiple industries and geographical areas. We are experts in positioning in emerging markets. We offer comprehensive solutions to SMEs or start-up companies who want to successfully start or consolidate their international expansion, as well as to foreign companies interested in buying, selling or investing in the Spanish market.



The company, founded in 1993, arose as a result of our personal evolution and desire to convey our knowledge on international markets to SMEs and start-up companies with a global vocation.

Since 1993, we have been working in international trade, in the areas connected with searching and penetrating new markets, strategic management and communication, international negotiations and the creation of distribution channels. We are experts in positioning in emerging markets.

Nati Porcar, our CEO, is an economist and MBA holder from the ESADE BUSINESS SCHOOL, with extensive experience in emerging markets (Iran, India, Thailand, Vietnam and Latin America, among others). She is an approved consultant in the ICEX Next Program (Spain, Export and Investments, a public business entity, attached to the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Tourism through the Secretary of State for Trade) since 2012, in the fields of strategic and operative advice for the development of internationalization plans. She has worked as an accredited consultant for ACC10 (Agencia per la Competitivitat de l’Empresa de la Generalitat de Catalunya – Public Agency for the Competitiveness of Catalan Enterprise for the Catalan Government) from 2012 to 2019 in internationalization support programs. She has been an accredited assessor in Multilingualism in exporting SMEs Auditing since 2013. Member of FIDEM (Spanish International association of entrepreneurial women), FIDEM -Vice-president of international committee 2017-2019.
